Terms of Use
Effective July 15, 2026. By using lancastersepticpumping.com, calling, or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Service requests and contractor disclosure
Calls are answered by an independent septic contractor serving this area. Any company that pumps or transports residential septage must hold Pennsylvania DEP hauler registration under 25 Pa. Code § 285.225 and meet any township registration or reporting rule. Confirm the company name, price, and written scope before work starts.
Township rules, forms, contacts, approved-provider lists, property conditions, and prices change. The information on this site is general and does not replace engineering, legal, health, environmental, real-estate, or government advice. Check the current record for the property before acting.
No automatic service contract
A call or form does not guarantee acceptance, dispatch, arrival time, outcome, permit approval, or price. A service agreement exists only after you and the independent provider agree to the work and terms. Confirm the company identity, registration, certification where needed, insurance if relevant to your decision, township eligibility, exclusions, warranty, and payment terms.
Prices and quotes
The $250–$500 routine pump-out range is based on a published local starting price and a 2026 statewide rural survey. It is not an offer or cap. Tank size, extra chambers, buried access, locating, digging, hose reach, disposal, township reports and fees, urgency, and site safety can change the quote. Repair and installation work remains quote-only.
Emergency limits
This site is not 911, a public utility emergency line, or a guaranteed emergency-response service. For fire, collapse, poisoning, medical exposure, or another immediate danger, call the proper emergency authority. Never enter a septic tank. Stop optional water use and keep people away from exposed wastewater while arranging qualified help.
Recording and communications
Pennsylvania permits interception when all parties give prior consent under 18 Pa.C.S. § 5704(4). Calls may be recorded for service documentation and quality review. A notice plays before voicemail recording, and continuing after that notice indicates consent.
You confirm that the contact and property details you submit are accurate and that you may request service for the property. Standard carrier charges may apply. Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful content, automated abuse, or impersonation.
Third parties and liability
Independent providers, Vercel, Google Sheets, Telegram, Google Maps, hosting services, municipalities, and linked sources operate under their own terms. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and operator are not responsible for third-party work, delays, omissions, property conditions, source changes, or decisions made without property-specific professional review. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not permit excluding.
