Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026. This policy covers information you share through lancastersepticpumping.com or by calling (717) 423-8257.

What we ask for

The service form asks for your name, callback number, property address, requested service, and a short description. A phone call may also cover pump history, access, symptoms, and township notices. Do not send bank details, government identification numbers, health information, or unrelated confidential material.

How we use a service request

We use the information to review the job, return the call, coordinate with an independent provider, prevent misuse, document consent, and keep ordinary business records. We may share the property and service details with an independent provider so that company can decide whether to accept the work.

Call recording consent

Pennsylvania generally requires every party to consent before a communication is recorded. Voicemail announces possible recording before the message starts. Continuing after that notice indicates consent. If you do not consent, hang up and use the written form. A live call must provide the same notice before recording begins.

How the form is delivered

The form sends the request through a shared Vercel-hosted endpoint, records it in Google Sheets, and posts a notice to a private Telegram chat. These providers receive the submitted fields and technical details needed to process the request. You can call instead if you do not want to use the form.

Google Maps and server logs

The service-area page loads a Google Maps frame when that part of the page is reached. Google may receive browser and network information and may use cookies under its policies. This static site does not intentionally use an advertising pixel or custom analytics package. Hosting and security providers may still keep ordinary access logs, including an IP address, time, requested URL, browser identifier, and error details.

Retention, security, and your choices

Records may be kept as needed for follow-up, dispute prevention, legal duties, and system security. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Call (717) 423-8257 to ask about correction or deletion. Legal, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational exceptions may apply, and the operator may request enough information to verify the request.

Children and policy changes

This service is for property owners and responsible adults, not children. The policy may change when vendors or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
